Don’t ya just love how Blizzard completely outlcassed their own pet after they give it a unique skill with the Silithids? Not only do they get an immob, but it also does damage. I suggest that their skill is changed to: Paralyzing Bite- Bites the target for [rank] damage and injects them with a poison that does [rank] damage over time while paralyzing them in place for x seconds. Ok… so it’s a bit over the top. Maybe remove the dot or the upfront damage. Still needs some sort of damage.Nope. Gotta do it by hand. Blizzard disabled this kind of feature to stop people from setting up botting macros. If a skill in a macro triggers the global cooldown, you have to hit the macro several times to make all the skills go off. However, if you want to consolidate those two actions into one button, you could use the macro: /castsequence [reset=5] concussive shot, serpent sting What that will do is cast conc first, and then if you hit it again within 5 seconds, it will cast serpent sting. If you don’t hit it again within 5 seconds, it’ll cast conc shot again. [:tongue:] Just transferred my Troll Hunter to Ursin, so the Armory isn’t showing anything for her right now, but once it updates you’ll be able to see how crappy her gear is. Mainly lowbie Outland stuff with Northrend AP gems stuffed into every open socket, with a fair scattering of greens. My only decent pieces are the starter Northrend gun and some mail boots out of Nexus. Anyway, while Ursin is a PvP server, it’s low population, so I hadn’t run into much in the way of PvP until tonight, when this druid and I happened to cross paths near Kamagua. Much, much better gear quality, and a level higher with over a thousand more health and a much larger mana pool. I would have just ridden past, but he started following me, and well… I won. 0.o I killed him twice on my own when we were both at full health and mana, he killed me twice when I was already at half health. By that point Jon had arrived on his 77 DK since we figured the Druid was pretty close to switching over to his main and we were curious to see what would show up. We were not disappointed… 80 DK, epic gryphon, looked like he was wearing a lot of Ulduar gear. He flew over the town a few times, spotted us, then dropped down. Right onto the freezing trap I’d dropped earlier (as a joke since srsly no one is enough to run over those, right?) and icecubified himself. He killed us pretty easily regardless–my trapping him aggroed a town guard onto me, and Jon’s DK didn’t stand much of a chance anyway–but the last thing I saw before the ugly walrus-men finished me off was him standing still a couple yards away from my hubby’s toon, tossing Death Coils at his antimagic shell. lol ya when i was a felgaurdemberstone i wasriting 3600s every t lol every now and then would be a normal but i was still just getting 3k dps just from tehonstant aoes from just RoF just from the trash though the dps for taht sp for single targets iould only top like 1600-2200 Link to this

Thanks for the reply, I dont do arena’s so that will be a problem and my guild is still working of 10 geared people for Kara. Anyway a new question, from what I’ve seen Lk gear seems to be similar to my frost mage gear prior to Kara, S e. At this point I have already the Frozen Shadoweave and Battlast sets ready for when I hit 70 with my Lk but I’am stk with what else I’ll need that will be different from my mage. My frost mage has: Spellstrike and Frozen Shadoweave armour sets,rystal weave brers,harlottes ivy for nk, lola’s eve and band of the guardian rings, girdle of ruination, segants heavyloak, souloth gloves, gladiators war staff and toh of defeat wand. Like I said before the Frozen Shadoweave is aertainty with the Battlast armour but do I follow the same lines as my mage or what else should I be looking at prior to the higher instaes like Kara? I think it’s good that you have frozen shadoweave ready for your lk but I think that your battlast will be useless for your lk. The first thing i would do when i hit 70 as you is grind honor until you reple whatever greens you may still have. Then either work on getting good pve gear or fus on getting a arena team. btw i highly rommend leveling affltion and then going into demo and getting improved imp. gl with the attunement and ’tis ne to hear that you’ve found a dent way of using a usually imprtal pet, though as you said it’s far from a realomparison. just simply improved survivability. oh and you’ll beable to tankaperian fine with afltion, as long as you’re spamming SP, threat is never an issue (we have 2-3 lks tanking him, ’tis less tanking and more ‘whhever lk pulls hate doesn’t getonflagorated tanks ^^ lol, oh and obviously only for the first time. 2nd time he’s single tanked) we’re also in the situation of needing an afltion lk. we lost ours to a free server transfer, so now we have 3 02140 lks who end up rolling on every boss that the tank ‘needs’ the imp buff hehe woot, quk responses are ne when im bored Yeah, 02140 is definitely the way to go DPS wise. For Kael, im usually the only one tanking her. Hunter MDs to me in the bk of the room, ive found, if as shes running twords you, you run tword her till she stops toast her fireball, then move bk to max range, youan grab her, and never take aonflag, then we have 1-2 of our tanks(usually a prot warrior and a feral druid) hop in to range of her and takeonflags. ourse in phase 3 this isnt even an issue as between the staff buff and me buff Ian tank her foreveronflaged or not…go go 13.5k fully buffed hp(with sta food) All in all seems like its tually a pretty easy fight. Doesnt seem nearly as hard as Vashj was, although Kael seems to be a bit less forgiving on small mistakes made by ppl. Hehe, were bloated with lks. My guild(whhonsists of about 35 or so members) has 5 lks, any 3-5 being in the same raid eh given night(we have 4 set raid days, 2 set off raid day(10 mans, Gruul, Mags, World Bosses), and oneomplete offday(for pvparenajust a break). Our GM seems to like having alot of lks around, probably bause we all do a stupid high amount of dmg. When I asked him why he brought a 5th lk on rather than another mage(we have 3 atm, only had 2 at the time) he said “whatan a mage give me that you lksant anyways….long as we have 1 mage for AI and food, were good” lmao.
